Dr. James Vitale has had a passion for health and fitness for over 20 years.  This passion took him to Japan where he lived for several years  studying the language, martial arts and was introduced to the healing arts of Acupuncture & Shiatsu.    After several years in Japan, China and Asia, he returned to his native Long Island, where he continued his in depth study of acupuncture and health.  Dr. Vitale has received advanced training/post grad work in Obstetrics, gynecology, endocrinology and post partum care, labor induction and preparation.   Dr. Vitale has successfully treated his own wife thru 2 healthy pregnancies and is the proud father of 2 beautiful children.

Dr. Vincent Thomas Gaffney, DCH is certified as an Advanced Hypnotist by the National Guild of Hypnotists and is a National Board Certified Clinical Hypnotist.  He has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Education, a Masters degree in Education and Special Education, a Professional Diploma in Educational Administration and holds a Doctorate in Clinical Hypnosis.  He is a licensed New York State and New York City teacher and administrator and an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Graduate School of Education of Long Island University’s C.W. Post Campus. He served as Executive Vice-President of Sales and Customer Relations with a multi-unit retail establishment for over fourteen years.  He has conducted thousands of sessions of hypnosis, focusing on areas such as weight management, smoking cessation, stress reduction, overcoming procrastination, public speaking, and goal achievement to name a few.                 

Dr. Gaffney is a certified MSCEIT Administrator (Mayer, Salovey, Caruso, Emotional Intelligence Test), and an Emotional Intelligence Coach trained by Dr. David Caruso of EI Skills at Yale University.

Jamie Kruithoff LMT  Massage Therapist

Jamie has been practicing massage for three years. She graduated from the New York College of Holistic Health with her degree in Massage therapy. Her training covered Amma Massage, Swedish/Medical massage, Deep Tissue, Thai Massage and other techniques such as Hot Stone Treatments, Chair Massage and treatments geared towards athletes.

Jamie was drawn into the field of Massage after a career as a competitive gymnast and then coach of ten years. Her own aches and pains made her look for treatment and she was so impressed with the results physically and emotionally she wanted to help others feel the same way.
